Excitement and adventure begin with you learning to scuba dive with Y DIVE. Make your fantasy come true; explore the underwater world with us.
The Discovery Scuba class introduces participants to diving in a safe and confined atmosphere. By the end of this class, you will know if you are interested in continuing with the open water certification. In this course participants will be able to:
Classroom session consist of extensive lectures on scuba diving required to complete the training. Y Dive offers a fun and educational atmosphere, which makes your required participation easy.
An e-learning course is required in ADDITION to the classroom sessions.
Experience breathing underwater in a controlled environment (pool) before going to the ocean.
Four open water dives with an instructor, are required to complete your certification process. These dives can be completed locally with your instructor, or on one of our group trips.

You will receive your certification card certifying you for life as a SDI Certified Open Water Diver.
All participants must complete a Liability Release and Express Assumption of Risk Form and Medical Statement Form.
